Modern Slavery Statement

This statement, made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, sets out the approach taken by Edge45® Digital Marketing Agency to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business, and actions are undertaken to mitigate any such risks during the financial year ended 31st March 2020.

Edge45® is a provider of marketing solutions. Edge45® has 7 employees in the UK. Our supply chain consists of suppliers of data, research services, computer software, technical equipment, and office supplies.

Edge45® is committed to delivering high standards of corporate governance and a key element of this is managing the Agency in a socially responsible way. The agency aims to employ the highest ethical and professional standards and to always comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to our business. It follows that Edge45® is absolutely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and supply chains. This commitment is realised through our employee training and company policies. Edge45® also expects the same high standards which we set for ourselves from those parties with whom we engage, such as our suppliers and customers.

Due to the nature of our business and how we approach internal affairs, we assess that there is a low risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains. However, we aim to periodically review our relevant policies and procedures to ensure that they are effective. Along with implementing any new policies should they be deemed necessary.

The team at Edge45® has been briefed on what constitutes modern slavery and human trafficking, along with a commitment to eradicate it, should we ever find it present in our company or its activities.

Signed,
Colin Docherty, Managing Director
